A considered place to begin
Financial Knowledge,
Arranged for the Forties and Beyond
Saen Wealth offers small-group education programmes in Bangkok — covering investing foundations, retirement structures, and cross-border household finances — without pressure or jargon.
Our Programmes
Three Beds in the Garden
Each programme is a structured learning space — small groups, plain language, and materials drawn from the Thai market context. Choose the one that corresponds to where you are.

A Considered Reading of Social Security

- Printed reference card included
Wealth Conversations Across Borders
A weekend programme for households with mixed-nationality membership or holdings across more than one country. Covers currency considerations, cross-border savings, property in different jurisdictions, and family conversations these arrangements invite.

Why Saen Wealth
What Makes the Difference
Education that respects your experience and moves at a considered pace — not a seminar, not a sales pitch.
Plain Language Throughout
Financial terms are explained, not assumed. Materials are written for adults who are building their understanding for the first time or returning to it after years away.
Small Group Format
Sessions are kept small so that questions are welcome and the facilitator can attend to where each participant actually is — not where a curriculum assumes everyone should be.
Thai Market Context
Examples, references, and regulatory frameworks draw on the Thai financial environment — SSO, Thai funds, baht-denominated instruments — not a generic overseas curriculum.
An Educator, Not a Sales Role
The facilitator does not sell financial products. The programmes are paid for directly, and the content is accordingly free from product recommendations or distribution interests.
Designed for Your Stage
The programmes acknowledge the particular considerations of the forties and fifties — shorter time horizons, accumulated responsibilities, and the practical questions that come with this life stage.
No Obligation to Act
Participants leave with information and their own one-page note. What they decide to do with that knowledge is entirely their own matter — there is no follow-up sales process.
Is There a Programme That Fits Where You Are?
We are happy to answer questions about the programmes before you commit to anything. A brief conversation about your situation helps us suggest the most useful starting point.
Common Questions
Before You Reach Out
Answers to the things most people wonder about first.
Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join a programme?
No. The foundational programme — The First Steps of Investing After Forty — is designed specifically for adults with little or no investment background. The facilitator begins with the most basic concepts and moves without assuming prior familiarity.
How many people attend each session?
Groups are kept small — typically six to ten participants. This makes it comfortable to ask questions during the session without feeling that you are holding others back or exposing your situation in an unwelcome way.
Will the facilitator recommend specific financial products?
No. Saen Wealth is an education provider, not a financial distributor. The facilitator does not hold a product distribution licence and does not receive commission from any financial institution. The programmes are funded by participant fees only.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held at the Saen Wealth premises on Phloen Chit Road in Lumphini, Bangkok — accessible from the BTS Skytrain Phloen Chit station. The room is arranged as a seminar space with seating and printed materials provided.
Is the Social Security workshop suitable if I am already retired?
Yes. The workshop covers both the standard employee structure and the voluntary contribution considerations that apply to those who are self-employed or have recently left employment. It is relevant at any point in this transition.
Can couples attend the cross-border programme together?
Yes, and it is often more useful when they do. The Wealth Conversations Across Borders programme is designed partly around the family conversations that cross-border financial arrangements invite. Couples attending together often find that the sessions open discussions they had been putting off.
What is the cancellation arrangement?
Please contact us at least five working days before the first session if your circumstances change. We will work with you on rescheduling to a future intake where possible. The specific terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
